Love the box, hate the customer service
The box was totally awesome! However, the bombas socks were missing. I contacted customer service throug email and website (no phone), and received no response other than the “we received your email.” Since then I received a pair of socks in the mail followed by a second box with 2 pairs of socks. Then I received charges for 2 boxes (spring?), not sure? I emailed again and finally received a credit for one box. Hopefully the second charge is for the spring box? I have no idea! Still have yet to receive any follow up communication, so your guess is as good as mine. But, like I said, I loved the contents. So, there is that. Undecided as to whether I’ll continue or not?

I love receiving my Be Kind boxes they are packed with new innovative products. One box was missing a product, I sent an email and it was replaced immediately. I have actually bought several of the products I have received because they actually are that good. Very happy with my subscription!!

Joy in a box
Since the very first box, I have loved discovering the surprise items every quarter. Have had friends and family ask me where they could get the items too. Love distributing the items to others to spread the joy for example my daughter who worked on shoots & roots LOVED the Gorilla adoption certificate and the turtle migration bracelet. Some items are of not good quality though, like the erasable calendars, rubber straws or the sunglasses, so I would prefer fewer items of high quality than many of lesser in each box. Seems the earlier boxes had better quality items.

I loved this last one and the one before also. I’ve more items out of these last two than the others one. I loved my calendar planner and my socks are out of this world to the point I’m buying more socks (bombas)
